OCLRA MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to protect and preserve the quality and riparian habitat of the inland waters of Oneida County by serving as the advocate and information source for, and communication link between lake and river associations and districts, county and local governments and the public.
CONGRATULATIONS GRANT RECIPIENTS!
Congratulations to the following towns and lake groups in Oneida County that received state grants
(totaling approx. $159,492) from the DNR during the spring, 2010 grant cycle! Aquatic Invasive Species Education, Prevention, and Planning Projects: Town of Newbold (Two Sisters Lake) = $5,550 Town of Schoepke (Pelican Lake) = $8,230 Crescent Lake Association (Town of Crescent lakes) = $48,100 Aquatic Invasive Species Early Detection & Rapid Response: Squash Lake Association = $20,000 Lake Planning Projects: Three Lakes Waterfront Association, Inc. (Virgin Lake) = $19,555 Three Lakes Waterfront Association, Inc. (Whitefish Lake) = $18,644 Three Lakes Waterfront Association, Inc. (Big Lake) = $19,686 Three Lakes Waterfront Association, Inc. (Long Lake) = $19,727 GREAT WORK!!
