Youth are elected as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, reporter and Recreation Leader by the club membership. The officers plan a program for the year which includes a variety of general meetings, recreation activities an community service projects.
General meetings usually begin with club business, run by the youth offers for 20 to 30 minutes. Only club members are allowed to vote on business.

How do I join 4-H?
There are 2 ways to join 4-H:
1.) Visit www.4HOnline.com and sign up online for free.
2.) Print off a paper copy of the enrollment form and drop it off or mail it to the Oneida County 4-H Office located at 2275 Airport Road #10, Rhinelander, WI 54501 (we are located in the lower level of the Oneida County/Rhinelander airport).
After you turn in your enrollment form, 4-H staff will set you up with a www.4HOnline.com account complete with username and password. You may change your password at any time and can manage your account information and 4-H projects from any place that has internet access.
No internet access?
- Stop by the Oneida County 4-H Office located in the lower level of 3375 Airport Road in Rhinelander. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Visit the Oneida County Courthouse, where there are several computers open for public use with free internet access. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Visit your local library and ask a librarian to help you log onto www.4HOnline.com.
